The 1^st Navigator Shipping Decision Makers Weekend took place in Chios island on the 21^st – 23^rd of September, in the context of 18^th Navigator Forum 2018. There, we had the chance to discuss with shipping executives and representatives of education system about the challenges in Shipping and how education of young people and transmission of knowledge from previous generations could help in preserving our country’s leading place in International Shipping for the following years.
