Insurance & Claims
  • Assistant to account handler/senior marine insurance brokers
  • Monitoring renewals and claim’s progress
  • Reviewing, drafting and issuing of documentation
  • Providing internal support on insurance queries
  • Updating insurance, claims and financial records
  • Preparation of insurance-related spreadsheets/reports/presentations and maintaining department’s intranet
  • Handling of War AP calls/breaches

Key Qualifications
  • University or Bachelor’s degree in Shipping or Maritime Studies
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (Proficiency Level)
  • Fluency with numbers and good command of MS Office (especially MS Excel)

As our Administration Assistant Finance, you will be part of our Accounting team, carrying out the following tasks set out by management, including but not limited to:

  • Register protocol and scanning of invoices
  • File in the company’s ERP incoming invoices & documents
  • Update of basic data in the company’s ERP (e.g., exchange rates)
  • Manage various administrative tasks

Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide a range of administrative support services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining office files, managing the reception area and providing support to the Sales department.

Qualifications

A bachelor degree or equivalent experience

Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level)
