Administration Assistant Finance

Based in Piraeus, Attica

As our Administration Assistant Finance, you will be part of our Accounting team, carrying out the following tasks set out by management, including but not limited to:

  • Register protocol and scanning of invoices
  • File in the company’s ERP incoming invoices & documents
  • Update of basic data in the company’s ERP (e.g., exchange rates)
  • Manage various administrative tasks
  • External jobs

Our Company offers:

  • You have earned your University Degree, preferably in Economics or Accounting
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
  • You have a can-do approach and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while working in an organized manner
  • You are a proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel

Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide a range of administrative support services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining office files, managing the reception area and providing support to the Sales department.


A bachelor degree or equivalent experience

Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level)

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks

Previous experience in marine electronics industry will be considered as a plus
